  3. The Personal Data Controller processes your personal data for the following purposes and according to the following legal bases:
    1. In order to carry out the procedure of admitting to studies and to carry out studies at the Kazimiera Milanowska College of Education and Therapy in Poznań; (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
    2. In order to take action, at your request, in connection with the conclusion of the Contract for Education Services with the Kazimiera Milanowska College of Education and Therapy, based in Poznań (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
    3. In order to execute the Contract for Education Services concluded by you with the Kazimiera Milanowska College of Education and Therapy, based in Poznań (mentioned in the above clause a), to which you are a party (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
    4. In order to fulfil the legal obligations incumbent on the Kazimiera Milanowska College of Education and Therapy, based in Poznań, in connection with its educational activity and the execution of the contracts concluded under clause a (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
    5. For financial settlements, including the establishment and assertion of potential claims (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  4. Your personal data may also be processed to:
    1. Carry out marketing activities by the Kazimiera Milanowska College of Education and Therapy in Poznan (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
    2. Organise events, conferences, competitions, open lectures, promotions, surveys.
    3. Conduct promotional, advertising and other marketing campaigns related to the Data Controller’s educational services, including in the form of mailing campaigns.
    4. Fulfil reciprocal contractual obligations to provide information about the partners' services and products, including in the form of mailing campaigns.
    5. Carry out video surveillance on the basis of Article 22 OJ 2018.0.917 i.e. – Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code and Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR, from the date of entry into force of the aforementioned regulation and the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science.
  5. The recipients of your personal data include:
    1. Only entities legally entitled to obtain personal data – persons authorised by the Data Controller to process data in the performance of their official duties.
    2. Entities to which the Data Controller subcontracts the execution of activities which require processing the data (Processors).
  6. In certain situations, we have the right to share your data – if this is necessary for the Data Controller to provide the services, whereby the data will only be passed on to persons and entities that the Data Controller’s authorises and instructs to carry out data processing activities.
  7. Sharing the data results from the provisions of the Act of 20 July 2018 – the Act on Higher Education and Science and the implementing regulations of the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 27 September 2018 on studies (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1861) and is mandatory and serves the purpose of fulfilling the Data Controller’s obligations as a Higher Education Institution. The provision of additional personal data is voluntary and requires your expressed consent.
  8. Your personal data will be stored:
    1. For the purposes of the process of application: for the period until the end of the process of application and for 12 months thereafter.
    2. For the purposes of education: for the period until its completion and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by law, i.e. currently for 50 years (legal basis: Act of 27 September 2018 on studies (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1861),  paragraph 15, clause 4).
    3. For the purposes of marketing activities of the Kazimiera Milanowska College of Education and Therapy in Poznań: for the period until you withdraw your consent to such processing.
    4. For the purpose of execution of other purposes of the processing listed in clause 2: for a period of time until the fulfilment of the legal obligations incumbent on the Kazimiera Milanowska College of Education and Therapy, based in Poznań, comprising the basis for such processing, or until you raise an objection against it.

You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict the processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.
